A lot has happened.

It has been years since we have posted any updates about our adoption. We have been in the process now for a total of four and a half years! Our journey has taken many twists and turns and the Lord has been faithful through it all. About two and a half years ago for a variety of reasons we felt the Lord was drastically changing our plans. Our son was not waiting for us in Ethiopia as we originally thought, instead it was Haiti. We still have not yet received our referral but we are very hopeful that we will before the end of this year! We are continuing to trust the Lord and his perfect plan and perfect timing. We look forward to the day when we bring our son home to join his forever family.
